SHIPMENT

Orders are processed (sent) via Poczta Polska (Polish Mail) within 2-5 working days from the date of collection of payment (PayPal or bank transfer). In general, we send parcels twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
For foreign retail orders (select „EXPORT” when placing order), a flat fee of PLN 80 or EUR 20 is added automatically (regardless of the value and size of the shipment). We ship via regular mail. Packages up to 2 kg outside Europe are shipped via airmail, while all other items are shipped via surface or sea transport.
On the day of dispatch, the ordering party receives an e-mail with information about the shipment including also the delivery number and the address of the link to monitor it.
